Johnson & Johnson seeks a Finance Controller for its MedTech Surgery division in Mumbai to lead financial strategy, business planning, and franchise profitability initiatives. The role combines financial analysis and people leadership, overseeing a team while supporting executive decision-making across the P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and profitability initiatives for Surgery and CSS franchises
• Develop business plans, forecasts, and strategic analyses to support franchise growth
• Lead gross profit improvement discussions on pricing, portfolio mix, and new product launches
• Coach and mentor a team of 2-3 finance professionals in India
• Advise executives on business decisions and manage financial risk assessments

Requirements

• 12+ years finance or accounting experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent finance/accounting qualification
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced financial analysis and forecasting capabilities
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams
• Strategic planning and independent decision-making skills
