Danaher seeks a Finance Controller for its Bangalore operations to lead financial controllership, compliance, and governance across holding entities. The role requires managing accounting standards compliance, internal controls, audits, and tax regulations while supporting business growth and finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Ind AS, and statutory accounting standards
Strengthen internal controls, balance sheet governance, and month-end close processes
Lead statutory and internal audits with timely closure and minimal observations
Drive compliance with tax regulations, transfer pricing, and support tax litigation matters
Partner with business leaders on growth initiatives, entity setups, and strategic projects
Requirements
Chartered Accountant with 13+ years in accounting, controllership, taxation, and FP&A
Deep expertise in financial controls, compliance, governance, and risk management
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
Proven experience with process improvement, automation, and finance transformation
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision ERP or ability to learn and optimize existing systems
