Finance Analyst in Bombay, भारत

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Finance Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for a ~$25M business in Mumbai. The role involves forecasting, budget management, profitability analysis, and strategic financial reporting to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactional and operational data to identify anomalies and recommend accruals or reversals for accurate reporting
• Develop and standardize analyses and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Build dashboards and business intelligence tools to share financial insights across the organization
• Conduct profitability analysis, identify P&L drivers, and support strategic initiatives with commercial teams
• Build and maintain forecast models for revenue, product launches, pricing, operating expenses, and capital expenditure

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA qualification
• 2–3 years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with ability to work in fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controls
