Finance Analyst supporting financial planning and analysis at Eurofins' Bengaluru office. Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards with variance and YoY analysis
Manage intercompany invoicing and ensure rebilling alignment with GSC IT Controlling instructions
Support budget preparation, submission, and endorsement processes using TM1 and EGRP tools
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense management activities
Work with Eurofins financial systems including ERP Tally Prime for reporting and analysis
Requirements
CA Inter or finance degree with 2-3 years FP&A or controllership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with ERP systems and ability to learn new financial platforms quickly
Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
