About the job

As a Field Sales Associate at Sedulus Ventures Private Limited, you'll meet prospective customers in person, understand their needs, and support sales conversations from first contact through follow-up. You'll use clear spoken English and Hindi to build rapport and keep interactions professional.

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to prospective customers through field visits and introduce the company's offerings using approved information.
2. Ask questions to understand customer needs, explain relevant details clearly, and respond to basic queries.
3. Follow up with interested prospects by phone or in person, share updates, and record the next steps.
4. Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
5. Coordinate with colleagues to share field updates and help ensure customer queries are directed to the right person.
6. Plan daily visits and manage your time to complete assigned outreach and follow-up activities.
7. Represent Sedulus Ventures Private Limited professionally during customer interactions and report recurring questions or concerns.
