About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve the desired sales targets in the assigned geography (Gurugram and surroundings).
2. Execute multiple business channels with a primary focus on private business through the consultant network, EPC contractors, private key accounts, B2B, and direct sales.
3. Identify industrial customers by coordinating with contractors.
4. Serve the market regularly to generate new inquiries from mapped areas, develop new customers in new territories, and follow up with customers for orders.
5. Build a network to establish GTB as a brand in the assigned territory.
6. Manage the electrical range of products, including distribution transformers, distribution transformers with OLTC, servo voltage stabilizers, and compact substations.
7. Drive the entire business life cycle, from inquiry to post-installation relationship management.
8. Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Share field observations, competitor information, and customer feedback with the team.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
