About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
2. Determine clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions
3. Mediate negotiations and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings
4. Conduct comparative market analyses to estimate property values
5. Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers
6. Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
7. Maintain and update listings of available properties
8. Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
9. Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices
