About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
2. Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.
3. Showcase jewellery collections and explain designs, product features, pricing, and making charges.
4. Drive sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Handle customer queries and provide professional product guidance.
7. Maintain proper jewellery displays and ensure the counter is clean and organized.
8. Follow showroom procedures for jewellery handling, billing, and stock management.
9. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
10. Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and product knowledge.
