About the job

A. Key responsibilities:

1. Handle marketing activities for MICE and corporate travel.
2. Generate leads through social media, online platforms, and other channels.
3. Connect with corporate clients and understand their travel and event requirements.
4. Prepare and share customized travel packages and quotations.
5. Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
6. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and other travel partners.
7. Support planning of corporate meetings, events, conferences, and group trips.
8. Maintain client information, follow-ups, and booking details.
9. Create basic social media content and promotional posts for MICE services.
10. Build good relationships with clients and business partners.

B. Job details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Silver Space Commercial Complex, A Wing, Office No. 17, 2nd Floor, Ganpati Chowk, Pimple Nilakh, Pune.

Other requirements

1. 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, MICE, Corporate Travel, or Tourism.

2. Good communication and persuasion skills.

3. Basic knowledge of social media marketing.

4. Good follow-up and client-handling skills.

5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

6. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

7. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 36,000 - 60,000 /year
