About the job

We are hiring a commission-only Sales Executive to find and convert high-quality leads people who have an upcoming interview or are actively preparing for interviews and sell them MockitX programs.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate quality leads (not random contacts): final-year students, freshers, and working professionals with an interview soon or who want interview practice.
2. Pitch MockitX clearly: customized mock interviews by real humans, score + feedback, pay-per-slot, and a monthly plan.
3. Convert leads into paid bookings for: 499 Full Mock you earn 100 & 1799 30-day plan you earn 200
4. Follow up until the sale is closed and payment is confirmed.
5. Travel locally/to nearby colleges, coaching areas, or candidate meetups when needed.
6. Maintain a simple daily tracker of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
