About the job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing a premium and personalized shopping experience.
2. Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and styling needs to recommend suitable footwear.
3. Explain Lusso Lifestyle's products, craftsmanship, materials, comfort features, customization options, and brand values.
4. Drive sales by confidently presenting products, suggesting alternatives, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
5. Maintain strong knowledge of the complete product range, including styles, sizes, colours, pricing, availability, and customization options.
6. Assist customers with sizing and fit recommendations and coordinate with the team for custom requirements.
7. Handle customer queries regarding orders, production timelines, exchanges, returns, and deliveries when required.
8. Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and other approved communication channels to assist with enquiries and close sales.

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹200,000 - 250,000 /month (only for freshers)

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,64,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 30,000 - 80,000 /year
