About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend to qualified leads (which will be generated by the Presales team) by meeting clients, where you will present tailored options and will bring your clients through a no-pressure, education-based presentation touching on buying/investment.
2. Develop rapport and get to know the client and find out about their goals and vision for the future.
3. Educate on Property Investment and make your clients aware of the incentives available to them, and open their eyes to different strategies available for them to pursue.
4. Assist your clients through the decision- making process and follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre- and post-sales.
5. Represent the Nobroker brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with.
6. Seek referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.
7. Conduct surveys to identify the prices of competing properties.

The employee is responsible for the end-to-end sales process (generating leads and closing)

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Sales

Other requirements

1. An above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.

2. Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.

3. In-depth knowledge of the location/city you have applied for.

4. Positive attitude for doing meetings each day, meeting new people, and someone who enjoys doing sales.

5. Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.

6. Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.

7. High levels of passion and ownership.

8. Have a passion for the real estate market and a hunger for sales.
