About the job

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, cold calling, email campaigns, and other platforms.
Identify potential clients, including builders, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, industries, commercial buildings, and facility management companies.
Generate leads for fire fighting systems, fire protection projects, AMC, maintenance, and related services.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the lead database, sales pipeline, and client details.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales activity reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client enquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in lead generation, telesales, sales coordination, or business development.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is an advantage.
Ability to conduct online research and identify potential business opportunities.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of the fire fighting, fire protection, MEP, construction, or EPC industry will be an added advantage.
