Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and qualify prospective property buyers
2. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
3. Conduct property presentations and site visits
4. Handle clients through the complete sales cycle, from enquiry to closure
5. Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
6. Coordinate with developers, banks, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
7. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
8. Maintain accurate lead and sales records through CRM
