Be an early applicant
Visit retailers across Himachal, starting with Kullu
Introduce products and generate new retail orders
Build and maintain relationships with shopkeepers
Follow up for repeat orders and payments
Manage sales at melas, exhibitions, stalls, and pop-ups
Approach tourists and walk-in customers confidently
Identify new markets, retailers, and sales opportunities
Share regular sales and market feedback
English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. have minimum 1 years of experience
Based in or around Kullu
Good Hindi and English communication
Knowledge of Kullu and nearby markets
Comfortable with field sales and daily travel
Own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred
Previous retail/FMCG/garment sales experience preferred
Comfortable working at melas and events, including weekends
Confident, proactive, and comfortable with sales targets

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,40,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 80,000 - 90,000 /year
