Uluv is building India's most trusted, emotionally intelligent pet wellness ecosystem. As an 'Executive - Operations,' you will be at the heart of expanding our network of high-quality pet care providers for our digital services and telemedicine platform. This role demands high energy, strong people skills, and a genuine love for animals. It is a target-driven, field-intensive position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building relationships on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Caregiver sourcing & onboarding:
1. Actively sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding various pet care professionals onto our platform, such as pet boarding homeowners, pet sitters, day carers, dog walkers and trainers, pet groomers, pet taxi owners, pet hotels, veterinarians, and clinic staff.
2. Conducting in-person visits to homes, clinics, and businesses to complete necessary know your customer (KYC) documentation and ensuring service quality standards are met.
3. Ensuring every caregiver is clearing Uluv's non-negotiables checklist with 100% accuracy.

B. Field operations & campaign execution:
1. Executing on-ground adoption campaigns in residential societies, colleges, and pet-friendly communities.
2. Driving high-volume caregiver sign-ups through structured outreach and relationship building.
3. Maintaining punctuality, professionalism, and adhering to Uluv's service standards.

C. Documentation & reporting:
1. Maintaining accurate records of sign-ups, verifications, and onboarding progress.
2. Sharing regular updates, including photos, videos, and documents where applicable.
3. Reporting any concerns, injuries, or behavior changes immediately.
