Design Optimization: Propose weight-reduction, cost-reduction, and structural reinforcement strategies based on simulation data.
Sanity Checks & Calculations: Perform analytical hand calculations, first-principles checks, and validate simulation results against physical behavior.
Compliance & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, stress summaries, and documentation required for industry standards and certification bodies (e.g., ASME, DNV, CEMILAC).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside design, systems, and testing engineers to resolve convergence issues and guide product durability.
Required Qualifications & Education:
