About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily factory operations and production activities.
2. Assign work to factory teams and monitor progress.
3. Track production schedules and ensure timely completion.
4. Coordinate with workers, vendors, design, and management teams.
5. Monitor raw materials, inventory, and material requirements.
6. Conduct quality checks during production and before dispatch.
7. Handle packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
8. Maintain production and inventory records.
9. Identify delays or operational issues and resolve them quickly.
10. Prepare daily/weekly production updates for management

7. Willing to work actively on the factory floor.
