Factory Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Plastics Factory Manager to oversee production operations, improve productivity, reduce waste and ensure smooth factory operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic production and mould-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities in the plastics factory.
Plan and monitor production operations.
Reduce production waste and improve operational efficiency.
Fit and adjust moulds as required.
Coordinate mould repair activities.
Prepare daily production and operational reports.
Work effectively with local staff and production teams.
Ensure smooth production operations and maintain required standards.
Salary: 78,000 INR Per Month
Requirements
Education: CPET Certification in Plastics.
Age: 28 to 35 years.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Plastics Factory Manager
Languages: Hindi or English.
Must have practical knowledge of running plastic production machinery.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
