Position: Factory Manager

Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience: Min 15- 20 years of Relevant Experience in Factory/Plant Operations in the Coffee Industry.
Salary: 18LPA - 25LPA
Job Summary: Oversee the overall factory operations, coffee processing, inventory management, production planning, quality control, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall factory operations and inventory control, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning. 2. Oversee production operations and continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance. 3. Monitor and manage inventory in accordance with the company's inventory control procedures and management guidelines. 4. Ensure factory machinery, equipment, and production operations are functioning at optimal efficiency.
