We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role is responsible for managing restaurant outlets, bar, banquets, and in-room dining while maintaining brand standards and driving revenue growth. Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bar, banquets, and room service
Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory management
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance)
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve performance goals
Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and front office teams for seamless operations
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively
Plan and execute events, promotions, and seasonal menus
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality
Experience
Strong operational and financial management background
Experience with international hotel brands preferred
