Key Responsibilities
Prepare restaurant tables, guest service stations and supplies for each meal period.
Welcome guests and explain menu offerings and dining arrangements.
Record food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests.
Serve orders carefully, monitor guest needs and clear tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with safe food and beverage practices.
Support colleagues across dining shifts and respond respectfully to feedback.
Skills and Experience
Guest-service skills and interest in hotel food and beverage operations.
Strong communication and attention to order accuracy.
Knowledge of standard restaurant hygiene and table service is helpful.
Positive teamwork and ability to handle active service periods.
