Senior Manager AI Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Banking DomainLocation: Hyderabad - Work from Office MandatoryExperience: 15 yrs plusWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager AI Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead a high-performing engineering team building intelligent observability, deployment automation, and AI-driven reliability https://jobeax.com/link/XnflZD2dGSZYgXFG Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers.- Drive high availability, scalability, and resilience for mission-critical platforms.- Architect AI-powered observability, monitoring, incident management, and self-healing solutions.- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), reliability improvements, and deployment automation initiatives.- Define SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets, and engineering best practices.- Drive adoption of GenAI tools and AI agents to improve engineering productivity and operational excellence.- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and product teams to modernize reliability practices.Must-Have Skills:- 12+ years of Software Engineering experience with 4+ years in Engineering People Leadership.- Strong hands-on experience in Java or .NET along with Python/Bash/PowerShell scripting.- Deep expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, Observability, Incident Management, and High Availability.- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, ELK, or similar monitoring platforms.- Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar.- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) and AI-driven engineering practices.- Proven experience leading engineering teams in modern cloud-native environments.Preferred:- AWS, Azure, or GCP- Kubernetes & Docker- Terraform or Pulumi- AI Agents / Agentic AI for operational automationIf you're passionate about building highly reliable, AI-enabled engineering platforms and leading world-class teams, I'd love to connect.
