Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects following standard project management guidelines and compliance requirements
• Drive reliability, quality, and compliance improvements across manufacturing partnerships
• Oversee product lifecycle management processes and coordinate engineering changes
• Develop business cases, manage timelines, resources, and budgets for strategic initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation and serve as primary PLM approval contact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 6+ years relevant experience; 4+ with Master's degree or 2+ with PhD
• Healthcare industry experience in medical technology or pharmaceuticals
• Project management expertise with demonstrated methodology and tool proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
• Supply chain, operations, or manufacturing background preferred
• Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred; fluent English required
