Handle Export & Import documentation and maintain necessary checklists and records.
Manage EXIM documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Handle Duty Benefits activities and related documentation.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) activities related to EXIM operations.
Handle bank transactions and coordinate with banks for EXIM-related activities.
Coordinate with internal departments, banks, CHA, freight forwarders , and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of export-import documentation.
Maintain proper records and follow up on pending EXIM-related activities.
Support day-to-day EXIM operations and resolve documentation or coordination issues.
3–4 years of relevant experience in EXIM / Export-Import operations.
