Key Responsibilities

• Handle Export & Import documentation and maintain necessary checklists and records.
• Manage EXIM documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Handle Duty Benefits activities and related documentation.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) activities related to EXIM operations.
• Handle bank transactions and coordinate with banks for EXIM-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, CHA, freight forwarders , and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of export-import documentation.
• Maintain proper records and follow up on pending EXIM-related activities.
• Support day-to-day EXIM operations and resolve documentation or coordination issues.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in EXIM / Export-Import operations.

Job Requirements: Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Bank Transactions., Strong attention to detail and documentation skills, Understanding of Duty Benefits and related procedure
