Role Overview
Our multinational client is seeking an Executive to support identity-verification services used for digital onboarding and fraud prevention. This position requires proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
Review identity information and supporting documentation.
Perform identity-verification activities as part of digital onboarding.
Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential fraud indicators.
Follow established verification procedures and controls.
Maintain accurate records of verification activities.
Escalate suspicious or exceptional cases appropriately.
Meet required quality and productivity standards.
Protect confidential and sensitive customer information.
Graduate qualification preferred.
English and Arabic language proficiency.
Strong attention to detail.
Good analytical and observation skills.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Understanding of digital onboarding, KYC or fraud-prevention processes would be advantageous.
