Role Overview
Our client is looking for insurance operations professionals with experience or knowledge in US Property & Casualty insurance and personal-lines policy processing.
Key Responsibilities
Process policy-administration transactions.
Review and validate insurance documents.
Support personal-lines insurance processing.
Maintain transaction quality according to established procedures.
Achieve assigned productivity and turnaround-time targets.
Investigate incomplete or inconsistent information.
Maintain accurate records.
Support customer-service-related back-office activities.
US Property & Casualty insurance knowledge is mandatory.
Ability to meet defined SLA and quality requirements.
Flexibility to support 24x7 operations.
