Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for business applications, including ERP modules; log, track and resolve user tickets within agreed timelines and escalate complex issues to the respective manager.
- Understand and monitor how data and transactions flow across departments through the system.
- Support the maintenance, testing and improvement of the company’s in-house software.
- Identify and correct data errors with the concerned department; maintain master data discipline as per the data-entry rules set by the IT Head.
- Prepare and share routine MIS and system reports for users and management.
- Able to act as a functional coordinator, i.e. the link between users and developers: gathering and documenting user requirements, explaining them to developers, and testing and validating the software (UAT) before release.
- Coordinate with department heads on software requirements and process gaps, and with external vendors and service providers when needed.
- Click photographs of products along with their unique product code and upload them to the designated system or platform.
Qualifications And Technical Skills:
- Diploma in Software / Computer Science/ B.Sc. IT / BCA in IT.
- Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of any business software or ERP; exposure to SAP (Supply Chain / Sales modules) preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; basic knowledge of databases (SQL) is an advantage.
- Must have Clear communication, Willingness to learn, Attention to detail, Logical Thinking, Problem solving ability & Ability to prioritize tasks.
