Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through voice and chat support
2. Provide effective resolutions and recommend appropriate solutions
3. Guide customers on product features and functionalities
4. Deliver a high-quality customer service experience

Role Highlights:

1. This is a customer service role with no sales, targets, or upselling involved.
2. 6 working days with rotational weekly offs
3. 9-hour work shift

Shift Timings (Rotational):

Day Shift: 7.00 AM - 10.00 PM ( Any 9-hour shift)
Night Shift: 10.00 PM - 7.00 AM (for Male Candidates)
