About the job

We are looking for a responsible, tech-savvy, and highly attentive individual to support Maharaj Saheb with communication, coordination, digital operations, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, strong computer/AI proficiency, and the flexibility to relocate as per Jyot's operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage communication between Maharaj Saheb and external individuals by handling calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and correspondence.
2. Read, understand, and communicate incoming messages and information accurately to Maharaj Saheb.
3. Draft and manage responses to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications as instructed.
4. Coordinate calls, visitors, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups while ensuring important communication is not missed.
5. Operate computers and digital systems for data entry, documentation, record-keeping, spreadsheets, and file management.
6. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude effectively for drafting, summarizing, organizing information, and completing administrative tasks.
7. Manage phones, computers, and other devices on behalf of Sahebji, while maintaining discretion and following organizational protocols.
8. Handle general administration, including printing, scanning, filing, correspondence, vendor/staff coordination, and basic reporting.
9. Troubleshoot basic computer and software issues independently and escalate technical matters when required.
10. Maintain confidentiality, alertness, professionalism, and ownership while working with minimal supervision and adapting to changing locations and operational requirements.

1. Strong command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
