Job Description: Executive Assistant

Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays – Off
- All Sundays – Off
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual who is eager to kickstart their career as an Executive to the CEO.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, supporting day-to-day activities, coordination, and business operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on corporate exposure and understand how leadership functions in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedules
- Support in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Help in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes (MOMs)
- Handle and organize emails and basic correspondence
- Assist in data collection, research, and documentation
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Support day-to-day operational and coordination activities
- Maintain confidentiality of important business information
Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
- Candidates looking to start their career in corporate roles
- Immediate joiner will be a plus
