About the job

We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior management with day-to-day coordination, communication, scheduling, documentation, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules of senior management.
2. Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.
3. Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and routine communication.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other documents.
5. Maintain confidential records and important documents.
6. Coordinate with different departments for timely completion of tasks.
7. Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.
8. Assist management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
9. Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.

Requirements:
1. Only for Females and willing to travel for meetings.
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Coordinator.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Good organizational and time-management skills.
6. Professional personality with good coordination and follow-up skills.
7. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
