About the job
Future Footwear, the company behind TruFit, is looking for a highly organised, intelligent and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder.
This is not a conventional desk-based PA role. The selected candidate will act as the Founder's right hand, closely supporting his daily schedule, meetings, factory coordination, follow-ups and execution across departments.
The role is ideal for someone who has previously worked as a PA/Executive Assistant to a Founder, Owner, MD, or Director and has experience working in a manufacturing/factory environment.
2. Prepare daily and weekly schedules, priority lists, and reminders.
3. Accompany the founder during factory rounds and internal meetings.
4. Record instructions, decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
5. Prepare minutes of meetings (MOMs) and maintain action trackers.
6. Follow up with departments and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
7. Coordinate with production, purchasing/procurement, accounts, dispatch, logistics, HR, and other teams.
8. Track production-related priorities and pending operational matters.
9. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and distributors.
10. Follow up on payments, documentation, dispatches, and other business matters.
11. Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports, and management summaries.
12. Handle confidential business documents and sensitive information with complete discretion.
13. Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications.
14. Coordinate occasional travel, meetings, and business visits.
15. Use AI tools for drafting, summarizing, research, meeting notes, and productivity.
16. Identify delays or unresolved issues and proactively bring them to the founder's attention.
17. Ensure important commitments and instructions are properly recorded, tracked, and closed.

Other requirements
1. 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a founder, owner, managing director, or director.
2. Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
5. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
