About the job

Work directly with the founder of a music school that teaches students in 21 countries. You'll run Jason Zac's calendar and the school's day-to-day operations. You'll talk to students and parents, keep attendance and billing ahead of time, follow up on everything that's pending, and present a clear weekly report without being asked. You'll also help with our YouTube channel, events, and testing our apps.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
2. Run daily admin: attendance, billing, schedules, student records
3. Reply to students and parents on WhatsApp and email, clearly and kindly
4. Prepare a weekly report on attendance, payments, and pending work
5. Help with YouTube uploads, events and app testing
