About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules of senior management.
2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal/external discussions.
3. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, documents, and MIS as required.
4. Handle emails, correspondence, and routine communication on behalf of management.
5. Maintain proper records, files and confidential documents.
6. Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and pending activities.
7. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and follow-up action points.
8. Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other requirements for management when required.
9. Maintain confidentiality of company and management-related information.
10. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business activities.
11. Handle routine administrative tasks and provide general support to senior management.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
