About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant who can work directly with leadership and ensure the company runs with structure and speed.
This role goes beyond calendar management. You will act as an execution partner to the Founder and also support team coordination, hiring processes, and internal operations.
If you thrive in high ownership environments and can bring clarity to moving parts, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
Prepare meeting briefs, action trackers, and follow-ups
Draft emails, proposals, internal communication, and documents
Coordinate between departments to ensure deadlines are met
Handle confidential business information with discretion
Act as a strategic gatekeeper to protect leadership time
Talent & Team Coordination
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes
Support onboarding of new team members
Maintain employee records and documentation
Track attendance and internal performance reviews
Ensure team discipline, follow ups, and accountability
Operations & Process Management
Monitor deliverables across departments
Maintain internal trackers and reporting dashboards
Assist in building and implementing SOPs
Coordinate with accounts for payroll documentation and vendor communication
