About the job

As a key member of our finance team at the Indian Institute Of Gems And Jewellery, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts and financial operations. We are looking for an experienced Executive - Accounts who is proficient in journal entries, accounting principles, bank reconciliation, GST, MS-Office, and Tally.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and statements.
2. Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
3. Conducting regular bank reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
4. Ensuring compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of returns.
5. Generating financial reports for management review.
6. Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
7. Collaborating with internal teams to support overall financial objectives.
