Product Engineering Development :- Lead end-to-end embedded product development lifecycle:1. Hardware design (PCB, schematics, component selection).2. Firmware development (Drivers, BSP, RTOS/Linux/Android layers).3. Software application development.4. OS customization (Android/Linux-based systems).- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance architecture design.2. Technology Strategy Innovation :- Define and drive technology roadmap aligned with business goals.- Lead innovation in:1. Embedded and edge devices (HHT, POS, payment solutions).2. Identity solutions (biometric, authentication platforms).- Evaluate and onboard new technologies, chipsets, Solutions and platforms.3. Secure Systems Compliance :- Ensure implementation of:1. OTA update frameworks.2. Compliance with standards (PCI, EMV, UIDAI, MOSIP, etc.).- Drive security-first architecture across all products.4. Delivery Project Ownership :- Own end-to-end project delivery :1. Timelines.2. Quality.3. Experience :- 15+ years in embedded systems/product engineering.- Proven track record of successful deployment of multiple large-scale products.- Experience in fintech / payments / identity ecosystem preferred.2. Technical Expertise :- Strong experience in :1. Embedded hardware design.2. Firmware (C/C++, RTOS, Linux, Android BSP).3. Application/software development.4.
