Events Operations Lead - Event Production, Vendors, Artists & Inventory

Coordinate the end-to-end preparation and delivery of Blue Sparrow Events' activity-led events across birthdays, malls, corporate family days, schools and communities.

Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain the event calendar, run sheets, venue details, owners, and readiness deadlines.
2. Coordinate event production, materials, printing/fabrication, vendors, artists and event crew; confirm schedules, quality and backup options.
3. Prepare event kits, packing, dispatch, setup and return checklists; maintain stock records, issue/return logs and condition checks.
4. Track quantities, transport, venue requirements and event costs; flag scope changes, delays and risks early.
5. Lead readiness reviews and event-day coordination to ensure the team and materials match the approved brief.
6. Maintain SOPs, incident/escalation logs and post-event debriefs; use recurring problems to improve delivery.

Compensation: 20,000- 25,000 per month, plus an annual bonus after confirmation.

Other requirements

1. 1–3 years of relevant experience in event operations, event production, vendor coordination, inventory, retail or hospitality operations.

2. Strong planning and follow-up; comfortable with spreadsheets, checklists and basic cost tracking.

3. Able to coordinate suppliers, artists and a mixed event crew calmly under deadlines.

4. Based in or able to commute to Vashi, Navi Mumbai; willing to travel locally and work planned weekends/event days.

5. Clear communication and an interest in child-safe, activity-led experiences.
