About the internship
As our event operations intern, you won't just be "helping out." You'll be embedded in the engine room of our production team. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of our events - from the initial site survey to the final load-out. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to master the art of operational efficiency.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Logistics & coordination: Assist in managing vendor deliveries, equipment rentals, and load-in/load-out schedules.
2. On-site execution: Act as a "boots-on-the-ground" resource during live events, ensuring signage is correct, registration flows are smooth, and back-of-house areas are organized.
3. Vendor relations: Communicate with caterers, AV technicians, and venue staff to ensure all contractual requirements are met.
4. Documentation: Maintain and update "Run of Show" documents, floor plans, and inventory checklists.
5. Problem solving: Rapidly troubleshoot minor operational hiccups before they become major "guest-facing" issues.
