About the job

As an event coordinator at Defence Reimagined, you'll support the planning and execution of high-level defence and strategic affairs events, including conferences, roundtables, dialogues, seminars and closed-door discussions. The role involves coordinating with senior military and government officials, industry leaders, academics, speakers and delegates, while managing everything from invitations and RSVPs to event logistics and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate end-to-end events and logistics
2. Manage speaker, delegate, and stakeholder coordination
3. Handle invitations, RSVPs, and registration management
4. Coordinate with venues, vendors, and production teams
5. Prepare event briefs, schedules, and run-of-show documents
6. Manage on-ground events and troubleshoot issues
7. Conduct post-event coordination and follow-ups
8. Support Defence Reimagined's wider events and strategic programmes
