About the job

We are looking for an organized and responsible person to manage data, provide personal assistant support, and help with event coordination.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update data records accurately
2. Manage schedules, emails, and administrative tasks
3. Assist in planning and handling events
4. Coordinate with teams, vendors, and guests during events

Skill(s) required

Database Management System (DBMS) Data Interpretation English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Event Management MS-Excel MS-Office MS-PowerPoint

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Good organizational and communication skills

2. Basic knowledge of data entry and office tools

3. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,23,000 - 2,75,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 23,000 - 25,000 /year
