About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interpret detailed interior design drawings and specifications to conduct accurate quantity take-offs.
2. Prepare and finalize comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project cost estimates.
3. Perform market rate analysis for raw materials, labour, and specialized sub-contractors (e.g., carpentry, MEP, and glass).
4. Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising design integrity.
