Aldevron, a Danaher life sciences company, seeks an ERP System Administrator I to manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations infrastructure in Bangalore. The role involves system administration, user management, compliance support, and environment optimization.
Responsibilities
Manage D365 user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning processes
Diagnose and resolve complex application, integration, security, and environment issues
Administer D365 environments including updates, database refreshes, and integration maintenance
Optimize license allocation and configure roles based on business requirements
Support SOX and GMP compliance by maintaining system controls and audit trails
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
Experience as D365 System Administrator or Application Administrator
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services for environment management
Security role configuration and user access management expertise
Experience with governance and compliance tools like Fastpath
SOX compliance and validated system administration experience
