About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily functioning of the ERP system and ensure smooth operations.
2. Provide functional and technical support to end-users across departments.
3. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
4. Assist in the deployment of new ERP modules and system upgrades.
5. Coordinate with vendors/developers for maintenance, customization, and enhancements.
6. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the ERP system.
7. Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
8. Train staff on ERP usage and system best practices.
9. Collaborate with departments (HR, Finance, Admissions, etc.) to improve workflows through ERP.
10. Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and user manuals.

Skill(s) required

Interpersonal skills MS-Office Oracle SAP

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally ERP.

4. Qualification: BCA or MCA is mandatory.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
