Enterprise Integration Lead in Madhapur, भारत

Position Overview:

The Senior Integration and Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain enterprise integration and automation solutions on Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms. This includes the integration of enterprise applications and automation of strategic enterprise business processes and workflows. The successful candidate should possess deep expertise in these areas, be passionate, highly motivated and take great pride in delivering high quality solutions that adhere to industry standards, best practices, and design patterns.

The essential functions of this position include:

· Function as a senior level expert and individual hands-on developer on strategic enterprise integration and automation initiatives spanning multiple technologies and domain areas. This includes hybrid application integration, enterprise workflow automation, APIs and microservices and data integration/ETL. Mentor and assist other, more junior integration engineers.

· Partners with stakeholders and technical leads to understand integration and automation requirements. Assist with mapping the requirements to the integration stack and maintaining a strategy / roadmap for enterprise automation and integration.

· Perform complex data analysis and profiling for an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures and business use cases to ensure proposed solutions satisfy requirements. This includes a focus on data quality and Master Data Management.

· Assist with producing reference architectures following industry standards, best practices, and design patterns. Ensure integration solutions strictly adhere to the stated architecture.

· Assist with implementing, documenting, and disseminating architecture/solution standards, best practices, and design patterns, frameworks, accelerators, templates, components, and common services. Educate others in the use of these assets.

· Develop highly secure, dynamic enterprise automation and integration pipelines and flexible APIs that accommodate various use cases and scenarios, such as real-time event driven versus scheduled batch, incremental data streams versus large bulk data payloads, etc.

· Produce project artifacts including scope/requirements, architecture, technical specifications, testing documentation, system/operations guides, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans.

· Lead day-to-day technical execution of enterprise integration and automation development, coordinating engineering work, resolving blockers, guiding solution design, and ensuring adherence to architecture, coding standards, and delivery commitments.

· Oversee integration and automation releases from planning through production deployment, including test readiness, change approvals, deployment coordination, rollback planning, post-release validation, and operational handoff in alignment with BOM, OSIT, and OA team practices.

· Own complex integration initiatives throughout the solution lifecycle, proactively managing technical risks, cross-team dependencies, delivery quality, production supportability, and stakeholder communication.

· Mentor and coach integration engineers through hands-on technical guidance, constructive code and design reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and support for onboarding and professional growth.

· Drive consistent engineering practices by promoting reusable integration patterns, peer review, CI/CD automation, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.

· Provide technical leadership during critical production incidents, coordinating troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and improvements to integration reliability and observability.

· Work with other, more senior members of ITS conducting application evaluations where automations and integrations are involved.

Requirements

· Expertise implementing enterprise automation and application integration solutions, APIs and data pipelines using industry leading LCNC platforms, such as Workato.

· Understanding and appreciation of, or willingness to learn and adhere to, enterprise automation and integration industry best practices, standards, and patterns in the development of solutions that are performant, extensible, scalable, resilient, and highly available.

Technical Experience:

· Required: SQL, web services, REST, JSON, SOAP, Ruby

· Nice to have: JavaScript, Python.

· Strong analysis and critical thinking skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail.

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including Business, Product, Engineering and Security team members, to assist with influencing application/dataflow design for extensible platform architecture.

· Possess broad technology knowledge, such as enterprise applications, web components, APIs, data analytics, networking, data storage systems, large-scale systems, etc.

· Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to business stakeholders. Has the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

· A team player with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, willing to assist with strategy, planning and estimating work .

· Independent self-starter who is highly motivated and driven to success, takes great pride in accomplishments, is transparent and works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities.

· Willingness to be on call, 7x24x365 (less pre-approved exceptions) and attend to technical issues outside of normal business hours.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience producing enterprise automation and integration solutions on industry leading platforms.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with SQL, web services, REST, JSON, SOAP, Ruby.

· Minimum 2 years of professional experience with hybrid and multi-cloud platform architectures and technologies using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

• Experience with CI/CD practices, monitoring and observability, and integration platform operations to deliver scalable, reliable, and supportable solutions.
  
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
