Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations of the head and neck region.
  
• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic procedures to identify ear, nose, and throat disorders.
  
• Assist in or perform minor surgical procedures and interventions under the supervision of senior specialists.
  
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the broader medical team.
  
• Educate patients and their families on preventative care, post-operative protocols, and management of chronic conditions.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
  
• Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development activities.
  

Requirements

• Possess a recognized medical degree with a specialization or certification in Otolaryngology (ENT).
  
• Demonstrate 0-1 year of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  
• Display a strong foundational knowledge of ENT anatomy, physiology, and common pathologies.
  
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to strict ethical and safety standards in patient care.
  
• Be capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
  
• Possess a valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
