About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead engagement: Contact inbound leads (form fills, ad leads, webinar/VSL sign-ups) by phone and WhatsApp within the agreed response time. Understand their situation, goals, and challenges.
2. Qualification: Assess leads against defined criteria (need, intent, readiness, budget) and record outcomes accurately in the CRM.
3. Scheduling: Book qualified leads into calendar meetings with the Feel Acha team.
4. Meeting discipline: Join every scheduled meeting (internal and client) exactly on time; delays are not acceptable. Confirm every client meeting in advance: the previous evening for morning slots, and the same morning for afternoon or evening slots. Reschedule proactively, never silently.
5. Follow-up: Run structured follow-up sequences for no-shows, undecided leads, and cold leads using calls, WhatsApp, and email.
6. Closing: Take over leads that haven't converted after the team's calls, handle objections, and close enrollments independently.
7. Community moderation: Engage members and leads in the Feel Acha community, answer queries, encourage participation, flag issues, and spot members ready for an upgrade.
8. Reporting: Maintain the CRM in real time and share daily and weekly numbers: calls, connects, qualified leads, meetings booked, show-up rate, and enrollments.

1. Share an end-of-day report: calls made, meetings booked and confirmed, follow-ups done, and enrollments
2. Log in and be available at the start of each shift (10:00 AM and 2:00 PM sharp)
3. Keep every commitment made to a client or the team at the agreed time
4. Keep your calendar and CRM updated in real time so the team can see your activity at any moment

Other requirements

Required:

1. 1–3 years in inside sales, admissions counselling, tele-sales, or customer success (edtech, coaching, wellness or info-products preferred).

2. Fluent in spoken and written Hindi and English.

3. Proven track record of meeting call or conversion targets.

4. Comfortable with high call volume and rejection.

5. Working knowledge of CRMs, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.

6. Own laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place to work.

Preferred:

1. Background or genuine interest in psychology, counselling, or coaching.

2. Experience selling high-ticket programs (₹20k+).

3. Experience moderating online communities.

4. Natural empathy and listening skills; consultative rather than pushy.
