Content Creation: Write comprehensive user manuals, Business process documents and other documentation from various input sources like Drafts, Spreadsheets, Videos, etc.

Visual Integration: Incorporate diagrams, CAD screenshots, and flowcharts to enhance document clarity.

Work Experience

Experience: 5+ years of technical writing experience, specifically within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial automation environment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication or related field

Tools: Proficiency with authoring tools such as Google Suite, Lucid, Visio, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Oxygen XML Author, as well as Git/Markdown

Ability to interpret the intent and processes from process videos and SME interviews to generate documents

Should have exceptional editing skills; Document Management: Ability to understand the document management control process like JIRA or equivalent.
